The third and final installment of director Christopher Nolan’s Batman movies has wrapped up production and it will be set 8 year AFTER the Dark Knight.

Now that production has concluded, Batman fans can expect a new trailer full of previously unseen footage. It seems like the movie is going to focus on “Batman vs Bane” ever since Bane was revealed to be the movies villain. The fun starts July 20, 2012.

Twlight Just Shy of Record

Although it wasn't able to surpass the franchise record ($142.7 million, New Moon), The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 still had a historic opening weekend ($139.5 million).

This ranks Breaking Dawn second among all Twilight movies and 5th best opening weekend ever behind Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows — Part 2, The Dark Knight, Spider-Man 3, and The Twilight Saga: New Moon.

The movie also opened in 54 foreign markets this weekend bringing in $144 million. Combining domestic and international totals, Breaking Dawn's weekend totals are $283.5 million.

Considering, that the production budget is $110 million, Breaking Dawn is on the right track. Breaking Dawn's audience was 80% female and 60% over 21 years old.

The last stat is interesting as most would think that Twilight's audience mean age would be teenagers, but it's logical to keep in mind that the followers have also aged since the series commenced.

Eclipse only amassed a 65% mark for female viewers while New Moon also had 80% female viewers.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 comes out in theaters November 16 , 2012.

Batman must also "face old wounds" and confront the mysterious Selina Kyle before the tide is turned into a climactic final battle.
